1 General Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the Khelo Bangladesh platform, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. • Betting using match fixing or insider information.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Khelo Bangladesh reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Account remaining inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• At the user's own request.

If a verified balance remains in an account at the time of closure and no rule violations are found, the funds will be returned to the user. However, funds in accounts closed due to rule violations may be forfeited.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you may request account closure and any verified balance will be refunded.
